Overview

URBN Warehouse Clerk (Night Shift) role at URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People & Nuuly).

Location: 11681 State Ave, Kansas City, Kansas 66111 United States

Schedule: KC1 E410A (Sunday-Wednesday 5:30pm-4:00am)

Responsibilities

• Assist Leadership Team with day-to-day functions in the assigned department
• Monitor productivity and communicate adjustments in departmental processes
• Be flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities
• Provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met
• Maintain high level, proactive communication utilizing radios and emails
• Perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
• Work with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school degree or GED required
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Problem-solving and reporting skills
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (e.g. pallet jack, box cutter, carts)
