What is the opportunity?
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will join an experienced team building a large-scale UEM platform as a service. You will identify and address observability, scalability, and reliability gaps within the platform. In your first 30 days, you'll gain a fundamental understanding of the product's architecture, operational procedures, and monitoring tools.
Responsibilities include:
- Utilize your knowledge in .NET Framework and .NET Core web services to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish SLOs and efforts to meet them.
- Identify areas lacking sufficient observability and recommend improvements.
- Respond to customer incidents and escalations, helping prioritize engineering tasks.
- Develop automation tools to improve observability and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Application Development, IT Operations (SRE, DevOps), and Software Development with C#, Java, Go, Groovy, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, vSphere, Google Cloud, Linux/Unix internals, CI/CD tools like Github Actions, Artifactory, and infrastructure technologies such as Terraform, Helm, Chef, Salt.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Logz.io, Wavefront, Kibana, dotTrace/dotMemory, SentryOne.
- Willingness to support P0 issues via PagerDuty or similar during shifts and adhere to SLAs.

- Stay informed about evolving threats and vulnerabilities.
- Participate in annual security and privacy training.
- Report security incidents promptly.
- Protect sensitive data per organizational and legal standards.
