Who we need
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, we are looking for a Maintenance Lead Technician to join our team. You will oversee a team, assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure safe and timely completion of duties. You will also be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
This is a night shift, Monday through Friday, 11pm – 7:30am.

How you will make an impact
- Coordinate activities. Work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Manager to identify priorities and direct maintenance personnel. Assist with planning, scheduling, assigning, and reviewing work. Supervise service contractors in the plant. Oversee down-day activities and weekend plant lockdown.
- Support the team. Provide guidance and instructions to other mechanics, ensuring work follows GMP and safety procedures. Provide breaks or vacation relief as needed. Lead special projects as assigned.
- Problem-solving. Troubleshoot and determine root causes, analyze equipment malfunctions or issues using computer or PLC programs; collaborate with others and determine corrective actions.
- Perform administrative tasks. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports documenting maintenance activities, repairs from breakdowns, work orders, and PMs. Maintain maintenance office and records.
What you bring to the role
- The experience. Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, plant, or warehouse environments. Proficient with mechanical tools for welding, grinding, cutting, electrical work, and PLC calibration. Understand measurements for temperature and weight and perform basic arithmetic.
- The drive. Curiosity, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and excellent organization and planning. A continuous learning mindset.
- The leadership. Experience leading or supervising a team on the plant floor; ability to assign tasks, model work, meet deliverables, manage conflict, and foster collaboration.
- The interpersonal skills. Professional communication, ability to follow and share directions, build relationships across levels, and value diverse perspectives.
