AMB Sports and Entertainment is hiring: Housekeeping Supervisor in Atlanta

Responsibilities include:

1. Supervise, instruct, and establish work schedules for FT and PT housekeeping associates in designated zones/locations. Oversee the safe use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
2. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets AMB/MBS standards and submit end-of-shift reports.
3. Maintain cleanliness and order in Housekeeping/Janitorial closets, storerooms, and RRR (R3) spaces.
4. Monitor inventory levels of remote storerooms and communicate needs to the Housekeeping office.
5. Coordinate and execute annual deep cleaning projects with the Manager of Housekeeping Services.
6. Report building, room, or space damages or defects for work order processing.
7. Recognize associates exemplifying company values through the Values in Action program.
8. Support pre and post-event team huddles and debriefs with relevant updates and best practices.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a large-scale building or project.
• Knowledge of housekeeping/janitorial practices, procedures, and concepts.
• Strong supervisory and delegation skills.
• Ability to interpret event releases and coordinate work responses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Flexible to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
