The Housekeeping Supervisor will have the opportunity to lead and inspect rooms, ensuring guest rooms are comfortable, inviting, and clean.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, training, and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain financial profitability.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading, training, and supervising staff on a designated floor or area to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
2. Assessing inventory, assigning cleaning tasks, and inspecting rooms.
3. Verifying and reporting room status and discrepancies.
4. Monitoring stock rooms and carts.
5. Coordinating with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance and repairs.
6. Performing Room Attendant and Houseperson duties as needed.
7. Inspecting 25 to 80 rooms per day.
8. Cleaning rooms when necessary.
9. Moving and operating large objects, such as carts, furniture, and equipment.
10. Operating a computer.
