Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards are met.

Your Focus
- Train, schedule, coach, and support associates, ensuring they perform according to established standards and HHM core values.
- Screen job applicants and hire new employees, if applicable.
- Train staff to clean rooms efficiently and according to standards, partnering with external vendors if necessary.
- Monitor and communicate guest service scores to improve guest satisfaction.
- Manage supplies and equipment distribution.
- Assist with cleaning rooms on occasion.
- Address performance and behavior concerns directly or through vendors.
- Supervise laundry staff, if applicable.
- Prepare work schedules based on occupancy forecasts.
- Follow sustainability guidelines, including HHM’s EarthView program.
- Practice safe work habits, use protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
- Assist in the breakfast area as needed.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Background and Skills
- High School diploma preferred.
- Experience in housekeeping or equivalent training required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
