Overview
Position Summary: As a Houseperson, you will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest floors, foyers, stairwells, and public areas, working closely with room attendants to meet high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Empty linen and trash from room attendant carts.
• Clean corridor walls and doors, remove spots from surfaces.
• Polish mirrors, room numbers, and elevator doors.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop hallways, stairwells, and foyers.
• Flip mattresses and move furniture as needed.
• Assist with trash and linen removal during high occupancy.
• Respond to guest questions and provide assistance and directions.
• Report suspicious persons, activities, or hazards.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience.
• Ability to lift, bend, walk, push, or pull heavy equipment, and stand for long periods.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Basic English language skills.
• Knowledge of stain removal, cleaning agents, and equipment operation.
• Ability to learn Hazardous Chemical and Performance standards.
