Overview
Housekeeper (Floors) role at Premier Healthcare, LLC. This is an entry-level position in long-term care. Our environmental service department emphasizes floor cleaning as a main duty and is described as the best in the area.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning assignments while following established policies and procedures
- Properly use and store cleaning supplies for each job as instructed
- Floor cleaning will be your main duty, including waxing and stripping
- Report any unsafe or broken equipment and complete work orders as needed
- Assist with deep cleaning projects as assigned
- Replenish personal care supplies and assist residents with maintaining the cleanliness of their rooms
- Support the laundry department as needed
- Collect and dispose of hazardous waste and rubbish in accordance with safety precautions and infection control guidelines
- Maintain the organization of the work area and the cart
- Assist with laundry as needed per the Department Supervisor
Hours and status
Days/Hours: Full-Time, weekdays 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. Every other weekend rotation required (7:00 am – 3:00 pm).
