We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee our luxury hotel's housekeeping operations at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston. The role involves managing staff, maintaining high cleanliness standards, handling guest requests, and ensuring the department meets financial and service goals.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and training housekeeping staff, conducting performance evaluations, and scheduling.
  • Establishing cleaning and maintenance programs to ensure quality and durability of furnishings and fixtures.
  • Maintaining high cleanliness standards, inspecting all areas, and coordinating with external contractors.
  • Handling guest complaints and requests with professionalism and hospitality.
  • Monitoring departmental expenses, maintaining inventory, and managing budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of luxury hospitality experience in a management role.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of electronic systems and a passion for luxury service.
