Description
We are seeking a Housekeeping Assistant Manager to take pride in the quality assurance of the Housekeeping Department: all guest rooms and suites, public spaces and heart of the house. You will manage inventory, cost control measures, and leadership of the 30 team members. For this position, we are looking for candidates who are fluent in English and a second language is always a plus.
The Job
Responsibilities include:
- Prior Housekeeping experience
- Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish)
- Basic communication skills
- Full-service hotel experience, preferable in an upscale independent hotel
- A keen sense for hiring, training, and coaching great people
- Dependable, organized, and have a positive, can-do mindset
- Take ownership of tasks and feedback from your manager
