Overview

Assembly 3rd Shift role at Flex-N-Gate. Direct hire opportunity. Location: Battle Creek, MI. Work hours: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, 8 hour shift with a paid lunch. Compensation starts at $20.05/hour with two scheduled pay increases within the first 6 months, plus a monthly attendance bonus and an additional $0.50 shift differential for 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload components into robotic assembly machines.
• Pack and visually inspect parts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of solid experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prefer experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Quality-minded focus.
• Solid attendance history.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds repetitively during shift.
