What You’ll Do
- Oversee packaging line operations, ensure setup accuracy, monitor quality, lead team members, operate machinery, and support GMP compliance
- Complete production documentation and interface with customers during tests and launches
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED; manufacturing and leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to read specifications, operate machinery, and work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for full shifts, lift up to 40 lbs, and work overtime as needed
