About The Job
As a Processing Technician for Sanofi Consumer Healthcare, your role involves manufacturing bulk products, ensuring proper equipment setup, operation, tear-down, and cleaning, following cGMPs and SOPs for seamless production.

This is a 3rd shift position. Hours: 10:30pm - 6:30am

Main Responsibilities
As a Processing Technician, you will:

  • Measure raw materials accurately to produce finished products according to formulations and procedures.
  • Operate equipment such as mills, grinders, conveyors, mixers, and tableting presses to create various products.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes and control variables to maintain quality.
  • Maintain detailed production records and follow procedures efficiently.
  • Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
About You
  • High School Diploma or GED plus at least one year of manufacturing experience, preferably with high-speed packaging or assembly.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand equipment operations; capable of lifting 25-60 lbs.
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality and safety.
  • Willingness to comply with dress code, undergo training, and work in conditions with dust, grease, and machinery hazards.
  • Desirable qualifications include Lean Six Sigma, pharmaceutical experience, and familiarity with SAP.
