Responsibilities

• Meet safety, quality, and productivity expectations for assigned equipment.
• Interact with supervision, maintenance, and other plant personnel to ensure customer orders are produced safely, correctly, and delivered on schedule.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow all company rules and policies.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to listen, read, and communicate in English.
• Currently hiring for 3rd shift.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work/lead as part of a 2-person team.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Reliability in attendance.
• Positive safety attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a corrugated packaging environment.
• Experience operating corrugated packaging production equipment.
• Manufacturing environment experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Ability to perform work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, both mentally and physically.
