Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift
What You'll Do
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of maintenance staff to expedite work order processing, respond to production breakdowns, complete projects efficiently, and implement maintenance policies and procedures in a safe and productive manner (30%).
- Schedule and monitor maintenance of production machinery and related equipment, manage spare parts inventory, minimize downtime, and meet production schedule requirements (20%).
- Design or layout in-house projects to enhance productivity and reduce downtime (20%).
- Monitor the budget to keep maintenance costs within the plan (15%).
- Communicate maintenance standards to staff and other employees to ensure compliance with GSF and regulatory requirements (15%).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certification: Up to 18 months of post-high school education in engineering or electronics from an accredited vocational, technical, or junior college.
Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration, pneumatic, boiler, and other systems (J)
