Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Job Description & Requirements

Required minimum of 1 year of hospital pharmacy practice experience (full time)
Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the facility state
Additional state-specific Pharmacist-in-Charge credentials (licensure/training requirements)
Required experience with hospital pharmacy automated dispensing machines
Independent in at least one institutional electronic medical record and pharmacy information system
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
Shift: 8am-4:30pm; on-call after hours; return to pharmacy for emergencies
Weekend Hours: On-call; return to pharmacy for emergencies
Call Requirements: Yes, unless another pharmacist is delegated
Required Education: BS Pharmacy, or PharmD
Must Have Skills/Experience: Basic computer knowledge, appropriate communication skills, communicate effectively in English (verbal & written)
