Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our 3rd shift bindery team as Ehret Operators and Folder Operators. In these critical roles, you will play an integral part in ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in our production processes. 3rd Shift: 10pm to 6am - $1.25/hour shift differential. Pay Range: $20-$28/hour based on experience.

Key Tasks

• Operate various bindery machinery and equipment
• Participate in department training programs
• Follow documented work processes
• Maintain equipment
• Control waste and spoilage
• Observe and follow all safety rules
• Follow management system procedures, 5S and Standard Work instructions

Requirements

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment
• Previous Ehret and/or folding experience
• Digital press experience a plus but not required
• Mechanically inclined
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in team environments
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
