Job Responsibilities:

Join our team as an Materials Team Leader! We are seeking dedicated individuals to lead, direct, and support our Materials Handlers safely and efficiently. The role involves coordinating and communicating with other departments, following safe work methods, and adhering to the principles of our Employees’ Charter and plant standards. If you are passionate about safety, efficiency, and collaboration, we want to hear from you!


What we are looking for:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Post-secondary education preferred, or related experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Preferred 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Ability to obtain a forklift license and drive tuggers and various lifts.
  • Ability to use tablet devices, scanners and printers for barcode labels.
  • Must have good organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively and appropriately present information and respond to questions from various groups.
  • Ability to define problems collect date, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
