Our Slalom Pacific Southwest market is seeking a talented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and build strategic relationships within the retail and consumer goods industry, including sectors such as consumer goods & services, restaurants & dining, retail, and travel & hospitality. This role involves managing complex sales cycles, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. We are open to hiring at the Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive level.

What You’ll Do

  • Achieve an annual sales target of $3-$5M+ (Sales Executive) or $5-$7M+ (Senior Sales Executive).
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation to deal closure.
  • Partner with delivery teams for successful implementation of solutions.
  • Identify and expand existing accounts, and drive cross-functional solutions.
  • Support demand generation activities including marketing campaigns and lead generation.
  • Collaborate on account strategy and proposal development with practice and industry leaders.
  • Participate in sales processes including pricing and negotiations.
  • Work with senior sales leaders on forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Engage in joint go-to-market activities with technology partners like AWS, Salesforce, Google Cloud, and Microsoft.
  • Focus on clients within the Pacific Southwest market, with minimal travel.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of sales experience in consulting, professional services, or technology services, with success in retail and/or consumer goods sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals through consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Experience selling Salesforce solutions/products and understanding their value in retail/consumer goods.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate emerging technologies' benefits.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience engaging CXO-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Expertise in pipeline management, demand generation, and account-based marketing.
  • Experience supporting full sales cycles, including pricing and negotiations.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer comprehensive benefits including paid time off, parental leave, 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision coverage, adoption and fertility support, and well-being stipends. The base salary range is $113,000 to $181,000 for Sales Executive and $134,000 to $215,000 for Senior Sales Executive, with potential bonuses. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, and location.
