As a Retail Associate, you will represent our Company, Brands, and products to our consumers. You will serve customers, share product information to help them find products that match their needs, and support the flow of products into the store to ensure representation and accessibility. You will contribute to store profitability through accurate and efficient process execution and assist the Store Leadership Team in fulfilling the company mission: "Connecting Active People with Their Passions."

Responsibilities

• Maintain store and visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards; restock the sales floor from stock room and other inventory locations.
• Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) accurately and efficiently; connect customers to the company loyalty programs.
• Receive and process incoming and outgoing products to support store profitability.
• Serve customers by answering questions about product features, benefits, and availability; understand customer needs and assist with buying decisions, supporting company values and teamwork.
• Acquire knowledge about products, policies, procedures, and programs to execute day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred)
• 2 years of experience in a retail role or related field (or less)
• Experience interacting with and serving customers
• Skill operating Inventory and Point of Sale (POS) systems and various retail software tools
• 16 years of age or older

Job Conditions

• Active environment requiring constant movement; may involve lifting up to 40 lbs and use of equipment; may have exposure to dust and noise
• Occasional variations in work location and conditions; ability to work in a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally
