The Night Stocker is first and foremost responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. A night stocker performs shelf stocking and back-room duties. Tasks may also include spill cleanup, general housekeeping and other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests when they enter the area or department
• Follow daily work schedule as assigned by management
• Perform stocking duties including lifting, stocking product, rotating product, blocking, facing, dusting, and ordering
• Perform general housekeeping duties on sales floor and backroom areas
• Be attentive to the needs of guests and direct/take them to items in question during opening hours
• Perform other duties as requested or required by management

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be available to work between the hours of 9:00pm-7:00am
• Ability to work at a fast-paced, efficient, and controlled manner
• Ability to perform all physical aspects of stocker duties, including bending, lifting, squatting, climbing, walking, and at times running
• Ability to operate all ordering and backroom equipment, including a box baler and safety cutter
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 80 lbs. on a regular basis
• Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude
• Ability to function as a team member and get along with others

This is an Entry-level, Part-time position in Retail and Sales and Business Development.
