Job Purpose: To ensure all revenue is posted to the correct departments, balance all revenue departments daily, and complete all necessary reports.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the hotel and company daily.
• Verify wake-up call requests and ensure proper handling.
• Balance cash receipts and work performed during the shift; make deposits of cash.
• Prepare the front office for the ‘AM’ shift and reset the day’s business.
• Act as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during night hours.
• Operate the PBX during the audit shift.
• Attend and participate in front office meetings and training programs.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Skills:

• Use math concepts for financial accuracy.
• Work math problems quickly and accurately.
• Operate computers and related equipment.
• Communicate clearly in reporting financial information.

Physical Requirements:

• Speak and hear in English.
• Vision requirements: close and distance vision.
• Frequent sitting, with some walking and standing.
• Lift/carry up to 25 lbs frequently.
• Manual dexterity and motor skills required.

Education: HS Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous guest service or front desk hospitality experience preferred.
