As a Front Office Team Member, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing tasks such as:

• Executes guest reservation, check-in, checkout, and payment and service procedures
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
• Ensures front desk and office are maintained in a clean and organized manner
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace
• Maintains proper control over keys, safe deposits, and all company and guest property and confidential information
