Overview
Night Replenishment Manager (NRM) role at The Home Depot. NRMs are members of the store leadership team who oversee freight handling activities, including freight unload, pack out, and pack down processes. They communicate priorities, ensure nightly tasks are completed, and freight moves smoothly throughout the store. The NRM teaches, coaches, and trains associates on Home Depot policies and procedures and ensures all associates work safely at all times. When needed, NRMs may be the only Manager available and will make business and associate decisions in partnership with appropriate resources and following SOPs. They provide input to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers on associate performance through ongoing performance management and talent planning discussions. Although the NRM does not have direct reports, they participate in the selection process as needed. Each associate shares responsibility for a safe working environment by following safety policies and standards, completing safety training, correcting hazards and unsafe conditions, and working safely to protect themselves, co-workers, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- People (25%) – Provide in-the-moment coaching based on observations and behavior; partner with Night Operations ASMs regarding formal performance conversations and discipline; recognize associates for demonstrating expectations; use recognition tools to highlight values-based behaviors and productivity; conduct quality walks of recently completed tasks; walk off-shelf merchandising locations and ensure areas are set according to MAP or regional direction; ensure training requirements are completed; provide input to the Night Operations ASM on associate performance and participate in talent planning for all hourly associates; assist the Store Manager and Night Operations ASM with associate interviews and hiring; approve and address missed punches, variances, schedule changes, and call-outs, and communicate with the Night Operations ASM and SM regarding follow-up actions; communicate and ensure adherence to store standards; adhere to all Company policies and procedures and hold associates accountable.
- Replenishment (25%) – Partner with Night Operations ASM to determine responsibilities to drive efficiencies and overnight productivity; supervise Consistent Unload, Directed Packout, and Purge Pack Down processes; conduct Quality Walks to ensure proper Packout execution; ensure trucks and trailers are received and unloaded timely; ensure freight is packed out or placed in overhead promptly; ensure trash is cleaned and store is Ready for Grand Opening at shift end; prioritize and communicate messages and tasks to all associates and leaders in-store.
- Safety (25%) – Ensure safety procedures and Safety Matters guidelines are followed at all times; complete required safety training; use proper PPE and guide others on proper use; educate on proper lifting techniques; enforce safe distances around lift equipment; follow Standard Operating Procedures and inform store associates of these rules; immediately correct unsafe conditions and assist customers in unsafe situations; ensure aisles and flooring are safe; ensure store checklists are completed on schedule; provide input to associates, verify issue correction, and implement preventative actions; recognize store associates for safe behavior.
- Shared Manager On Duty (MOD) – Closing – Perform closing and MOD tasking as well as other whole-store focus responsibilities; conduct hand-off with the prior MOD; validate daily store priorities with ASMs and SMs; ensure checklists are completed on time; ensure equipment and machines function properly; review current and upcoming events and ads to determine if actions are required; partner with appropriate DS or ASM as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Education: High school diploma and/or GED.
- Minimum Years of Work Experience: 1 year.
