Schedule: Night, 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, 2/3 rotating shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the safe operation of production equipment to produce quality products by continual adjustments of gauges that control speed, temperature, and pressure.
• Understand and adhere to all safety rules and procedures.
• Produce orders on time to satisfy customer needs and production requirements.
• Perform product labeling, packing, wrapping, and helping to supply line for production.
• Assist with all required quality inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Comply with company standards with regard to housekeeping and 6S on machines and surrounding areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• High awareness toward safety.
• Ability to solve problems and apply critical thinking.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate/college-level courses or trade school preferred, but not necessary.
• Ability to operate cranes, forklift, and other related equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
• Pushing, pulling, lifting at least 30lbs.
• Hand/eye coordination.
