Greenspun Media Group is seeking a qualified Mailroom Courier to join our team.

We are looking for a team member capable of working in a dynamic environment to deliver messages, documents, packages, and other items to local business and occasionally private residences. The successful candidate will be friendly, flexible, and helpful.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate vehicle in a safe manner in accordance with Nevada law.
  • Securely package and apply postage to outgoing U.S. Mail items.
  • Securely package and apply postage to outgoing express service deliveries.
  • Pick up U.S. Mail, packages, etc. from post office daily and deliver to offices.
  • Pick up and deliver interoffice and outgoing mail, packages, etc.
  • Pick up and deliver event collateral as directed.
  • Prioritize deliveries to ensure all are completed within established deadlines and timetables.
  • Assist Distribution team with allocation of weekly publications.
  • Maintain accurate daily task records, mileage reports and timesheets.
  • Collaborate with the mailroom team to ensure equitable distribution of responsibilities and tasks.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Windows computer programs.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100lbs.
  • Frequent driving, standing and walking.
  • Must be over the age of 21.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, proof of current auto insurance and reliable transportation.
