Reporting to the Director of Health & Wellness, you will contribute to maintaining a welcoming, pristine club and fitness environment and support guest experiences across the Club and Resort.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the Club Fitness and Resort Gym in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness of machines, floors, locker rooms, and fitness storage.
  • Maintain the lobby entrance and other common areas, ensuring spaces are stocked with appropriate amenities (towels, beverages, etc.); ensure saunas, fitness equipment, coffee machine, and other amenities are functioning properly.
  • Dust all surfaces, wipe mirrors and glass surfaces, vacuum carpets or rugs, sweep and mop floors.
  • Remove trash and manage waste in designated areas; wipe and sanitize high-touch areas.
  • Maintain toilets, sinks, showers/tubs, and replenish bathroom toiletries; replace used towels with clean ones.
  • Keep locker room amenities stocked and monitor inventory; assist with restocking as needed.
  • Periodically walk the fitness floor to clean equipment and assist members and guests as needed.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down fitness classes and events under supervision of the fitness trainer.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Support additional tasks as required to ensure optimal guest service and adherence to hotel policies.
  • Follow lost & found hotel policies.
  • Physical ability to move, lift, carry up to 25 pounds unaided; assist with heavier loads as needed.
  • Push/pull equipment over varying surfaces as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality management or related field education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in hotel or hospitality environments.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and equipment operation is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks, or work as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) with legible communication.
  • Physical mobility and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
