We are searching for motivated, passionate, results-driven, and "people first" individuals for an Account Executive, high-velocity, high-ticket closing role.

The nation’s leading in-home and on-site fitness and wellness brand. We offer at-your-door personal training sessions and nutritional guidance to prospects who are looking to make a positive change in their lives.

Our goal is to bring fitness and wellness to everyone; everywhere. That starts with YOU. As an Account Executive, you are the face of the Company. We need personable, knowledgeable, and tenacious individuals to join our inbound process. If that’s you - read on.

What we’re looking for:

  • Full-time, 40+ hour availability with flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot)
  • Sufficient base knowledge in fitness and nutrition (certification not needed)
  • Sales “Chops” - objection handling, discovery, solution presentation

What sets you apart:

  • You are an individual with an exceptional presence
  • You are able to work late evenings (3pm-12am EST)
  • You have experience in a high-ticket closing role or fitness sales
  • You are willing and able to work weekend days (both Sat/Sun highly preferred)
  • You are highly knowledgeable in fitness and wellness

Here’s what your day would look like:

  • Confirming and nurturing inbound schedules up until the time of Demo
  • Effective and consistent communication with inbound prospects via text and call
  • Consistent monitoring of Pipeline from inbound lead cadences to Post-Demo Follow-up
  • Communicating with direct reports on a daily basis
  • Regular attendance to daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and pipeline reviews
  • Recording all interactions with prospects within our CRM, and communicating effectively with adjacent departments

Compensation & progression:

  • Uncapped commissions (5-12% of Gross Contract Value)
  • Top-performing reps may progress to Team Lead positions, Management, and Leadership positions.
