Forklift Operator Position Available in Pooler, GA

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

We are looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Pooler, GA. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient operations within our storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from containers and trailers.
• Move pallets or crates throughout the storage facility.
• Stack goods in designated areas following inventory control instructions.
• Secure loads and stack empty pallets.
• Conduct daily equipment checks, including recharging or changing propane tanks.
• Remove machine attachments and waste materials.
• Inspect products for quality standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in math, language, and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail for safety and injury prevention.
• Ability to follow equipment operation and record-keeping instructions.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely, and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Forklift certification according to OSHA standards; 1+ years of experience preferred.
