Mirabella Seattle, a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in downtown Seattle, is part of Pacific Retirement Services. We have a 46 bed SNF (5 star rated). Outside of our SNF and AL floors, Mirabella serves more than 290 IL residents who enjoy a high-end resort-style living experience.

Work Schedules

  • Full-Time AM Shift (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 6:30am-2:30pm)

Wage Range: $21.00 - $25.83 /hr DOE

Day In The Life Of a CNA At Mirabella

  • Facilitate grooming and care for our residents.
  • Prepare each patient room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment and bathroom needs.
  • Help patients eat and take medications.
  • Ensure regular meals and proper medication dosages.
  • Monitor vitals and patient behavior and report them to Mirabella's nursing team.
  • Assist patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bed.
  • Turn or adjust patients in bed to prevent bedsores or other discomfort.
  • Exercise patients by helping them walk.
