Day in the Life of Our Caregivers

As aSenior Helpers Caregiver, you will help Senior Veterans in Ramona with their daily activities such as:

• Meal preparationand planning
• Transportation for errands and appointments
• Light housekeepingand laundry
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Participation indaily enrichment activities

Our Ideal Candidate

We aresearching forCaregivers withstrong communication skillsanda heart to help our Seniors.

Candidatesmust be comfortable providing non-medical companion and personal care.

Candidates must have a car for transportation.

Candidates must be willing to drive to client's homes.

As part of ourCaregiver Mentor Program,we will create an individualized training plan for each Caregiver.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check / TB skin test
• Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile (travel to a Senior's home must be dependable)
