Prosthetic facility located in Huntsville, Alabama, seeks to hire a full-time, dedicated, and friendly Office Coordinator. The candidate must be able to multi-task and have strong organizational skills while working in a busy medical facility. Medical insurance experience is strongly preferred. Staff hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Benefits are available after the probationary period. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 3+ years of Medical Office experience. Serious inquiries only.

Office Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing multi-line phones
  • Verifying medical insurance benefits
  • Requesting and tracking physician orders and medical documentation
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Electronic data entry
  • Greeting patients

Pay is based on experience.
