Your duties include:

• Customer service & scheduling
• Creating and improving office systems
• Coordinating with flooring installers and sales teams
• Vendor management
• Bookkeeping
• Marketing & sales support
• Other administrative duties

Required Qualifications:

• Office Manager experience
• Customer service experience, especially with top-rated organizations
• Strong organizational skills
• Desire to improve yourself and your quality of life
• Initiative-taking ability
• Pride in your work
• Friendly and optimistic attitude

Highly desirable qualities include:

• Flooring or home services experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Bookkeeping and QuickBooks familiarity
• Interest or experience in home design
• Familiarity with Salesforce

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
