Overview

Driven and motivated Office Engineers are needed to provide on-site engineering functions, ensuring completion of engineering reviews and approvals. Depending upon the needs of the projects selected, they may be assigned to a water treatment project or on buildings projects, from Maine to Florida along the east coast.

Through a Leadership Development Program, candidates have the opportunity to gain rotations across field engineering, office engineering, scheduling, estimating, and project engineering, to build professional development and growth at PC.

Leadership Development Program

The Leadership Development Program was created over 40 years ago as a blueprint for building future managers from within the company. This program is designed for energetic, highly motivated individuals who strive for excellence and are eager to face the demanding expectations of the construction profession. Through a series of rotations, Engineers in the Leadership Development Track gain knowledge and skill-sets from many facets of the construction industry, with exposure in areas such as field engineering, office engineering, scheduling, estimating, and project engineering. These rotations broaden understanding and provide foundation for growth at PC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Previous construction experience
• Desire to build a career within the construction industry
• Ability and willingness to travel
