About The Role

The retail office manager is responsible for completing all business processes and operations in the Retail Sales Center.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Follow SOP policy when processing invoices
  • Receive, code, and process invoices
  • Contact vendors regarding billing discrepancies
  • Process daily deposits and customer refunds as directed by the general manager
  • Customer service, including answering phones and greeting customers
  • Arrange and modify services via factories or vendors to ensure customer satisfaction and contract completion, under the general manager's direction
  • Assist with customer disputes and resolutions; escalate issues as needed
  • Research information to respond to service-related customer inquiries
  • Maintain customer files and transmit copies to corporate per SOP guidelines, ensuring compliance with state standards

  • Ability to work under deadlines in a complex environment
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of property and casualty insurance coverage
  • Understanding of accounts payable and receivables
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong customer service skills

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Two-year degree preferred
