Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join us in Gainesville, GA. This isn’t traditional medicine. It’s relationship-based, member-focused, tech-enabled care that’s free from insurance interference. We empower our team to truly partner with our members—to promote health, prevent chronic disease, and practice with purpose.

The Role

  • Provide Direct Primary Care with longer visits, smaller panels, and clinical autonomy.
  • Engage members to promote wellness, lifestyle change, and chronic disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with a care team and innovative AI tools to support whole-person care.
  • Enjoy a practice free from coding, prior-auths, and productivity quotas.

We’re Looking For

  • Board-certified FNP (FNP-C or FNP-BC), licensed in Georgia (or eligible).
  • 2+ years of experience in primary care or family medicine preferred.
  • Strong communicator with a passion for health promotion and prevention.
  • Spanish-speaking is a big plus (not required).
  • Eager to help rebuild healthcare the right way—with purpose and joy.
