Product Owner - Embedded Software Engineer Fort Wayne, IN Contract Position Pay Estimated: $48.50/Hour This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors, (geographical location, etc.) Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives * Monitor team progress, manage dependencies, and adjust priorities as needed to deliver high-quality software on schedule Qualifications: * U.Citizenship is required by Federal Law * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field * Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience * Experience working with embedded software and real-time operating systems (RTOS) * Strong understanding of SAFe Agile principles and ceremonies * Technical proficiency in C, C++, and C# * Proven ability to deliver successful software products by balancing technical depth and stakeholder needs * Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance at the time of hire * On-site presence may be required during certain project phases Preferred Qualifications: * SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification or equivalent training * Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices * Passion for emerging technologies and continuous product improvement Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
