Overview

Software Engineer role at DataAnnotation. You will join to train AI models, measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript; you will need to solve coding problems (think LeetCode, HackerRank) in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) and be able to explain how your solution solves the problem
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
