Shift: 5-day work week, 1:30am - End of Sort. Days off vary. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Responsibilities

• Be Safe! Safety is our first core value.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
• Load trucks for deliveries
• Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done

Qualifications / Skills You Need

• Ability to stay on your feet while working – this is a great job for someone looking to stay active
• Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Gloves and work boots are recommended

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Rate starting at $18.00/hr. (weekly pay)
• Great Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance

Referral Program

• Referral bonus reward of $500 (offered for all positions company-wide)
• Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure
