About Bright

Bright is a premier, high-quality event rentals company with over 1,000 team members, 11 warehouses, and four showrooms across California, Arizona, and Texas. Our family of brands includes Peak Event Services, Newport Tent Company, and Reverie Social. We collaborate with caterers, event planners, resorts, universities, award shows, corporate clients, and weddings to deliver rental equipment and expertise for extraordinary events.

Responsibilities

• Support departments as needed (chairs, dish, laundry, tenting, kitchen).
• Stacking, cleaning, and organizing inventory items on pallets and moving them to different locations.
• Pull and stage inventory from the warehouse for outgoing orders.
• Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and that safety procedures are followed by yourself and team members.
• Promote a clean area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Verify counts, sort, and stock inventory in the proper location.

About You / Qualifications

• Warehouse, logistics or similar experience preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse practices, methods and safety compliance.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Forklift driving is a plus.
• Self-motivated, able to take initiative, and a team player who is willing to help others.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, is organized, and detail-oriented.

Physical Demands & Abilities

• Open availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Stand/walk for 8–10 hours; frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Use of hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking, and reaching on a frequent basis.
• Operate carts, dollies, and other moving equipment; move large quantities of inventory.
• Pulling and pushing a pallet jack up to 100 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
