Rouse Trucking is looking for flatbed drivers to run throughout the Southeast and Midwest, hauling freight like rebar, lumber, coils, and oversize machinery. This is real flatbed work, not grocery freight or dock deliveries, and you’ll be treated as a skilled professional.

Key Details

• Average pay: $1,400 to $1,415 per week, paid weekly
• 6 full days of home time per month, with flexible scheduling
• Modern Peterbilt 579s with SiriusXM, inverters, TV mounts, fridges, and Espar bunk heaters
• Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, vacation and holiday pay
• Extra pay for tarp, stop, breakdown, detention, layover, and clean inspections

Responsibilities

• Operate late-model flatbed equipment in a safe, compliant manner
• Haul flatbed freight such as rebar, lumber, coils, and oversize machinery
• Work with a dispatch team staffed by former drivers to maintain efficiency and respect your time
• Receive transition pay during early weeks to stabilize earnings
• Complete orientation; hotel, travel, and meals are covered; start driving with your first load

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A
• Either 1 year of flatbed experience, or 1 year of OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed

Salary: $1,400.00 - $1,415.00 per week
