Job Description

Opportunity to grow your career. You will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customers according to procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness and organization
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports shrink reduction programs and safety awareness
• Other duties as assigned

• Capable of multitasking

• Retail customer experience preferred
