As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee both residential and commercial reconstruction projects following fire, water, mold, or storm damage. This is not new construction – each project comes with its own unique challenges. You will be responsible for delivering jobs on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality while coordinating with property owners, insurance carriers, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Manage full project lifecycle for multiple reconstruction jobs, from work authorization through final walkthrough.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, trades, vendors, and in-house craftsmen.
Maintain jobsite documentation, safety compliance, and permitting/inspections.
Support branch leadership with project forecasting, reporting, and process adherence.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving repeat and referral business.
3+ years project management experience in construction or restoration; Ability to manage 10–30 projects concurrently.
~ Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a multi-project, fast-paced environment.
~ Proficiency with Xactimate or similar construction software.
~ Knowledge of building codes, permitting, inspections, and subcontractor management.
~ Contractor’s License, IICRC certifications, OSHA 10/30, Mold/EPA certifications strongly preferred.
