  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Training, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in project management, training development, supplier engagement, or related areas.
  • Hands-on SAP S/4 experience; ability to navigate the system and support troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Role Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced contractor to provide project management, coordination, and training readiness support for the FTP / PTP team within the Accelerate program.
  • This role will focus on cross-workstream coordination, training material development and testing, training exercise creation, supplier communications, and overall program management support leading up to the R7 go-live and projects post–R7.
  • The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Hands-on SAP experience (someone who has been an SAP “doer” and is now transitioning into more of a PM/coordination role).
  • The ability to support change management, problem solving, and readiness tracking.
  • A proactive mindset to manage both internal and external stakeholder communications, including suppliers.
  • This individual will act as a key partner and central coordinator for the PTP/FTP workstreams, helping to streamline tracking, communication, logistics, and training readiness across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Readiness & Development
  • Partner with Business Process Owners and IT to build and refine training exercises and materials for end users.
  • Finalize all FTP and PTP training content, serving as the key liaison between workstreams and central training teams.
  • Test and validate training IDs: log in, troubleshoot issues, and escalate questions to appropriate team members.
  • Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with global template standards, in partnership with IT solution architects.
  • Support training deployment plans, including readiness tracking, feedback loops, and communication of expectations back to the FTP/PTP teams.
  • Work with deployment groups to track and confirm accurate end-user role mapping across FTP and PTP roles.
  • Project Management & Change Support
  • Track cross-workstream deliverables, risks, and actions to ensure visibility and timely follow-up.
  • Develop trackers, reports, and status updates to support program milestones.
  • Support change management and problem-solving for process-related challenges.
  • Monitor and oversee Kanban boards to track progress and dependencies across IT and business teams.
  • Track supplier readiness and Ariba onboarding; respond to external supplier communications to keep them informed and prepared.
  • Program Coordination & Logistics
  • Manage FTP/PTP team logistics, including travel calendars, workshop scheduling, room coordination, note-taking, and action tracking.
  • Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure alignment across workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for testing cycles, workshops, and training events.
  • Attend key program calls (e.g., RAID reviews, cutover planning, PLM sessions) and bring back clear updates to the FTP/PTP teams.
  • Track, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues, ensuring timely updates to FTP and PTP leadership.
  • Build professional presentations and communications (e.g., PPT decks for FTP/PTP workstreams to share with deployment group/end user partners, ALT, etc.).
