- The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Training Readiness & Development
- Partner with Business Process Owners and IT to build and refine training exercises and materials for end users.
- Finalize all FTP and PTP training content, serving as the key liaison between workstreams and central training teams.
- Test and validate training IDs: log in, troubleshoot issues, and escalate questions to appropriate team members.
- Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with global template standards, in partnership with IT solution architects.
- Support training deployment plans, including readiness tracking, feedback loops, and communication of expectations back to the FTP/PTP teams.
- Work with deployment groups to track and confirm accurate end-user role mapping across FTP and PTP roles.
- Project Management & Change Support
- Track cross-workstream deliverables, risks, and actions to ensure visibility and timely follow-up.
- Develop trackers, reports, and status updates to support program milestones.
- Support change management and problem-solving for process-related challenges.

- Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure alignment across workstreams and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for testing cycles, workshops, and training events.
- Attend key program calls (e.g., RAID reviews, cutover planning, PLM sessions) and bring back clear updates to the FTP/PTP teams.
- Track, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues, ensuring timely updates to FTP and PTP leadership.
- Build professional presentations and communications (e.g., PPT decks for FTP/PTP workstreams to share with deployment group/end user partners, ALT, etc.).
