Ready to suit up as a Part Time Security Guard in a Concierge post? Your ability to build meaningful connections matters, as you engage with customers and reassure and inspire confidence.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will focus on customer service while working with people across shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Create badges for customer employees, vendors and guests
• Must be computer literate and able to learn new programs
• Prior security experience is not required; prior badging experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Have a state license if required
• Must be able to walk or stand for long periods
