Duties

• Monitor flow of people and control crowds safely
• Handle escalated guest issues with de-escalation tactics
• Provide excellent guest service to patrons, vendors, employees, and sponsors
• Coordinate with law enforcement and public safety teams to ensure safety

Work Environment and Schedule

• Operate at client sites indoors or outdoors
• Prolonged standing and walking required
• Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
