Overview
Looking for caregivers to join our home care family. We value our home care aides and aim to help clients and employees live their best life possible. We have open positions and are looking for the very best to support clients in their homes. Shifts are available throughout the metro area; we will consider your availability and preferred locations when setting up your schedule. We provide caregivers competitive pay, training and benefits, as well as opportunities for advancement. Orientations happen each week.
Caregiver positions include Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), Home Companions, and Personal Care Aides to provide non-medical home care services. Ideal candidates demonstrate devotion to caring for others with reliability and compassion, understand the needs of home care clients, and are willing to learn all there is to know about home care giving.
Responsibilities and Opportunities
- Provide non-medical home care services to clients in their homes.
- Support clients with daily activities, companionship, and quality of life improvements.
- Participate in ongoing training and education provided by ComForCare franchisees.
- Be thoughtfully matched with clients for compatibility and satisfaction.
