Griswold Care Pairing of Chester and Lancaster County connects experienced caregivers with clients in need. Caregivers on our registry are independent contractors who can choose assignments, work flexible hours, and earn competitive market rates. We are seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who want to make a meaningful contribution to their community.

Compensation and scheduling

• Ability to negotiate pay based on care provided. Our suggested rate based on market research is $18.00 per hour (hourly) and $180.00 per day (live-in).

• Lancaster County: Gap, New Holland, Lancaster, Morgantown, Quarryville, Willow Street, Millersville, Denver, Conestoga, Peach Bottom

Caregiver requirements

• 2 or more years of caregiving experience
• Driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for hourly caregivers; a State ID for live-in caregivers
• Car insurance
• Criminal background check and child abuse clearance
• TB test or chest X-ray, or QuantiFERON Gold Test
