The Marketing Manager will report to the VP of Managed Services and will manage content creation, maintenance of social media and digital marketing efforts, and public-facing communications and advertising. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

The Marketing Manager should be comfortable partnering with other key stakeholders and internal strategic leaders to develop and execute initiatives. Strategic thinking, high organization, multitasking, project management, and time management are key attributes that will contribute to success in this position. The Marketing Manager needs to be a self-starter, willing to try new things, and a team player that has the tools to build an exciting and growing services business within ADI. A successful candidate will also have good written and verbal communication skills as they partner with cross-functional teams.

Job Duties:

  • Actively participate in developing the strategy and manage the implementation/execution for all marketing campaigns, programs, and promotions
  • Manage and execute on consistent social media and email marketing campaigns
  • Provide copywriting/editing as needed for marketing collateral, digital advertising, social media, and PR
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while efficiently and effectively managing competing priorities
  • Manage the reviewal process of all marketing content from the creative team and provides clear direction for revisions
  • Actively help the Development team to evolve the customer experience, develop enhancements, and maintain website and e-Commerce
  • Shared ownership with other stakeholders of the customer journey: client services, product development, and commercialization
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and track the effectiveness of content to support marketing communication objectives
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration

Requirements:

  • 8+ years’ marketing experience
  • Proven experience developing successful social media and email campaigns
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns, programs, and/or promotions
  • Explain technical, industry, and market facts to best position our products as a competitive solution

We Value:

  • Photoshop, InDesign, Graphic Design Skills
  • Experience within Consumer Electronics
  • Experience in consumer technology, commercial AV, or parallel industries such as security, lighting, cable/satellite
