Role Overview
The Marketing Manager for the USA leads the development and execution of a comprehensive communication strategy for FAULHABER Drive Systems in the North American market. This includes promoting new products, modified or customized solutions, and engaging key industry segments through integrated marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing. The role requires close collaboration with sales, product management, and the global marketing HQ team to ensure alignment with business objectives and regional market dynamics.

Your Responsibilities
- Proactive development and implementation of a region-specific communication strategy aligned with global brand positioning and coordinated with the global marketing team.
- Drive product launches and promotional campaigns tailored to North American customer needs.
- Identify and prioritize target industries (e.g., automation, robotics, medical devices, aerospace).
- Lead integrated marketing efforts across all relevant channels
- Digital marketing:
- Develop and manage SEO / SEM strategies to increase visibility and organic traffic in cooperation with the HQ website and content management team.
- Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools.
- Support social media presence (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with platform-specific content strategies.
- Oversee paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with performance tracking and optimization.
- Support the website maintenance with localized content and user experience improvements.
- Support lead generation and nurturing workflows using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Analyze digital metrics from the global marketing reporting to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate on content creation, including blog posts, videos, webinars, and technical articles.
- Coordinate trade show participation and industry event marketing.
- Manage PR efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and thought leadership.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Support sales enablement with tailored collateral, presentations, and case studies.
- Provide regular and comprehensive reporting to global marketing management.
- Work with the existing marketing coordinator.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field; master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technical or industrial components.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SocialHub).
- Proven success in developing and executing digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance dashboards.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Familiarity with North American industrial markets and customer expectations.
- Experience with content management (CMS) and customer relationship (CRM) tools.
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
- Willingness to travel within the USA and occasionally internationally.
